June 2011 Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) The date of the next tender for the collection and disposal of WEEE and batteries, and a copy of the previous successful tender. Bromsgrove District Council is a waste collection authority, and therefore does not deal with contracts to dispose of waste. We do not run collections for WEEE.

 BDC are a waste collection authority and therefore do not deal with the disposal and end recycling of the materials collected, this is the responsibility of Worcestershire County Council.

     to intentional audience scanning.

     6) The nature and extent of training given to enforcement staff in  respect of display laser safety to include:

1. Display lasers are not a licensable activity or classed as regulated entertainment under the Licensing Act 2003 and there is no requirement for applicants to notify the Licensing Authority – therefore no temporary event notices have been issued with regards to this issue
