Non Dependants

Non Dependants are not applicable when calculating Second Adult Rebate.  most of those that are treated as a non dependant for the purpose of claiming Housing and Council Tax Benefit are known as the Second Adult when claiming this Benefit.  Please click here for more information on Second Adults.
