What is the Worcestershire Hub?
We provide access to the majority of our services
through Customer Service Centres which are part of a county wide
partnership known as the Worcestershire Hub.
Our priority is to provide a single point of contact where any
Council related enquiry can be dealt with, whether it is related to
the County or District Council. We aim to provide a first class
service for all Bromsgrove council services. Details of
how you can contact the Hub are available below. We deal with
enquires both face to face and over the ‘phone and aim to deal with
your enquiry at the first point of contact or put you in touch with
the correct member of staff where that is not possible.
Staff in the Customer Services centre work hard to keep waiting
times to a minimum, but due to the nature of the service we provide
it is sometimes inevitable that wait times will be longer than we
would ideally like. We believe customers would rather receive a
quality service not just a fast one so please be patient at times
of high customer demand, or if your enquiry is a complex one.
