Existing Customers
An invoice will be sent to you in October 2011 for the 2012
service, giving you different options of payment. You will
need your invoice number to pay, if you have lost your invoice or
want to change any details, please contact the Customer Service
Centre on 01527 881288.
Once we have received your payment we will post a sticker to you
within 10 working days. Please stick this to the lid of your
brown bin.
How to pay
Automatic Telephone Payments
To make
an automated telephone payment telephone 01527 881474 and follow
the instructions for Sundry Invoices.
Online Payments
To make an online
payment you will need your invoice number, to apply click
here.
Direct Debit
Contact the Customer
Service Centre on 01527 881288 to find out how to set-up or amend a
direct debit.
On-line banking transfer
HSBC Bank
Plc, Sort Code 40:15:07, 91131605. Please ensure that you
quote your invoice number otherwise your payment can not be matched
against your account and this may affect your service.
In person
Visit the Customer Service
Centre in School Drive, Bromsgrove.
By Post
Please send a cheque made out
for the correct amount with your name, address, invoice number and
telephone number clearly printed on the reverse to:
