Who is responsible for the care of the bins?
It is the responsibility of the business or organisation to
ensure that the bin(s) are kept and maintained in a satisfactory
state of cleanliness. The Council reserves the right to withdraw
the service and charge the cost of cleansing works of the bin(s) if
this condition is not complied with.
