Draft Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning
Document (SPD)

A draft version
of an Affordable Housing SPD has now been completed together with
the associated Sustainability Appraisal and Consultation
Statement. The SPD aims to address the high levels of need
for affordable housing across the District.
The council would welcome comments on all aspects of the
documents and a response
form has been provided to help with this.

Any comments on the draft document should be received in writing
by the Council by no later than 5pm on Friday
