Employment Land Availability
Bromsgrove District Council as a Local Planning Authority is
required to review employment development within the
District. The information obtained from monitoring is used to
track the progress towards meeting the employment land requirement
across the District. It will also be used to assess the
effectiveness of Local Plan policies that still exist and to inform
policy review, as well as contribute to the emerging Core
Strategy.
The Strategic Planning team at Bromsgrove District Council
produces the Employment Land Monitoring Report annually. This
employment report sets out the Council’s latest position on
employment land supply at 1st April 2011.
