CONSULTATION ON PLANNING
APPLICATION VALIDATION CRITERIA
The Government has introduced a set of
standard requirements for the validation of Planning Applications
by Local Planning Authorities. It has also encouraged Local
Authorities to consult and adopt their own ‘local list’ of local
requirements. These requirements will identify what needs to be
submitted along side the application forms when making an
application and will be mandatory additional information. Early
identification of the requirements in this way will help applicants
in preparing planning submissions.
Bromsgrove has now produced a draft of
its
Planning Application Validation Requirements and is seeking
your views. How to Comment
Bromsgrove District Council invites
any comments you may have on the proposed list and will take into
consideration all comments received before formal adoption of the
list.
