Private Sector Housing Renewal Strategy

The Private Sector Housing Renewal Strategy was reviewed in 2007 in line with the Strategic Housing Strategy 2006 – 2011 "Unlocking the door to meeting  housing needs in Bromsgrove District".  The strategy covers the involvement of the private sector housing team and the advice, assistance and enforcement that is available and utilised.
