Bromsgrove District Council are keen to support residents of the
District to become more energy efficient where possible in
their homes. The Council is involved in the County

The Council funds and works in partnership with Act on
Energy for the provision of advice and a variety of grant
assistance.
Quick ways you might be able to save money on your energy
bills……
- Contact Act On Energy on 0800 988 2881 for free
impartial Energy Efficiency advice, or to enquire about a
Home Energy Check and get a free tailor made report on how to
save energy in your home.
- If your boiler is old or faulty, contact Act On Energy on 0800 988
2881 to see if you are eligible for a grant of up to £3500 (or
£6000 where oil, low carbon or renewable technologies
recommended.)
- Did you know that if you are over 60 years old you are eligible
for free loft and cavity wall insulation?
Home Insulation
Home insulation grants are available for owner occupiers over
