Housing for Older People

Supported accommodation provided by Bromsgrove District Housing Trust.

Bromsgrove District Housing Trust currently operates twenty-two supported housing schemes for older people throughout Bromsgrove District. These schemes are designed to cater for the needs of those people who are over 60 years of age or who have some level of disability. In certain circumstances younger people may be considered.

Each scheme is different.  Some schemes have on site facilities such as a laundry and communal rooms, some are dispersed in the community. There are a number of one and two bed flats and bungalows and schemes are in all parts of the district including Hagley, Wythall and Alvechurch.
