Additional Information

Dog Fouling - Under the Dogs (Fouling of Land) Act 1996 any person who permits a dog that is in their charge to foul any area to which the public has access is committing an offence. Bromsgrove District Council provides bins in the parks and other public areas which may be used by dog owners. We are responsible for monitoring dog fouling and initiating court proceedings against offenders

Dogs on Lead Zoned Areas - Polite request to dog walkers in Sanders Park to keep your dogs on leads in the areas highlighted on the map shown below from May to September inclusive - 08.30am until 18.00pm daily. Please note that dogs need to be kept on their leads in and around the Pavilion building. We thank you for your co-operation.

Pavilion Building: Sanders Park also has a Pavilion building which houses a cafe (currently under tender for April 2010) - ladies, gents and disabled toilets and an information office open April to September.
