How to apply

If you are interested in becoming a FANS/FACS member, you will need to complete the attached application form.   PDF Acrobat File (29.34 KB)

 

Members of the scheme are entitled to select any one centre from the three centres taking part in the scheme to be their designated FANS/FACS centre.

 

Once your membership has been confirmed, your FANS/FACS centre will be informed of your membership and confirmation will be sent to you detailing who you should contact to discuss practical arrangements for the use of the facilities.
