Car Parking Charter

Bromsgrove District Council operates 9 pay and display car parks and 2 pay on foot car parks within the District.

Drivers who have entered a car park are obliged to park in a designated parking bay and purchase a ticket. This ticket must be clearly displayed face up on the dashboard so that it can be checked by our staff.

Only blue badge holders may currently park in spaces which are designated for drivers with a disability. Blue badge holders must also purchase a ticket or display a permit.

Drivers who have purchased an annual or quarterly permit and displayed it on the correct vehicle may also park at no cost in the correct car park.

Anyone experiencing problems with the pay and display machines should contact the Council immediately and we will do our best to get an Officer there within a few minutes to resolve the problem. Please do not leave your vehicle without a ticket being displayed as you may be issued with an excess charge notice.

Any problems with Pay on Foot equipment should be reported by pressing the help button
