The Regular Forces Employer Association
The RFEA's simple aim is to help those leaving the Armed Forces to find and to remain in employment throughout their working lives. This is done as part of the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) for up to two years after discharge and thereafter is done on behalf of the Service Benevolence Funds

British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS), is a non-profit company working in the interests of the Forces Community. With 14,000 members, BFRS has created an Armed Forces network offering support to the Forces community and their families during the transition process and for the rest of their careers.
