Bromsgrove’s Stourbridge Road car park will be closed on Monday (November 13) to allow for ground inspection works to be carried out.

The car park will be closed from approximately 7am to 6pm.

Alternative car parks are available close to the Stourbridge Road car park in the town centre. The closest is the Parkside car park, which is opposite the Parkside centre with the entrance on Market Street. Here is a full map of town centre car parks.

The Stourbridge Road car park forms part of an identified town centre regeneration site covering the corner of Stourbridge Road and Birmingham Road, and the ground works are part of the latest assessment of the site.

Guy Revans, Head of Environmental Services, said: “Sorry for any disruption next week but we’d rather it was done before Bromsgrove’s busy Christmas period gets into gear.”
