There’s a taste of the continent coming to Bromsgrove as part of a three day specialist market.

From 25 to 27 October visitors to the High Street market can sample Spanish paella, pick up a crusty baguette, get a whiff of luxurious French soaps and tuck into fresh baklava.

Markets Manager Jonathan Smith, said: “Specialist companies are attracted to Bromsgrove because of its status as an historic market town.”

The three day continental market will run alongside the usual stalls but offer taste sensations from across the channel.

Cllr Karen May, whose Portfolio covers the Town Centre, said: “These specialist markets have proved very successful previously and have led to an increase in footfall on the High street.

“This is good news for our regular stall holders, traders and shoppers alike.”
