Arranging an inspection if applicable

If we advise you that an inspection is required, simply contact your surveyor to arrange a time. Your surveyor’s name and contact details will be on our correspondence.

We endeavour to carry out same day inspections at your request, except on weekends and bank holidays. To prevent delays we advise that you make any requests for same day inspections before 10am. We are happy to make appointments for certain times, but these can only ever be indicative times as our surveyors are subject to unpredictable delays during other inspections.

Depending on the circumstances, exposure, removal and/or rectification of works may be necessary to establish compliance with the regulations.

If the work does not comply with the regulations, or if contraventions on site are too onerous, we may ask you to alter or remove the work before we can issue a certificate of regularisation.
