You Said, We Did

As part of our continued effort to make sure we are offering the best possible service the Sports Development Team conduct surveys of our users.

This survey was conducted with users from our Disability Community Bowls Programme we delivered in partnership with Bromsgrove & District Bowls Club.

The surveys took place in March and April 2016.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures the loyalty that exists between a provider and a consumer.

We are pleased to say that 91% of people would actively promote the bowls sessions.

Results

This survey was conducted with users from our Active Bromsgrove Kids Camps.

The surveys took place in September 2016.

Actions

As a result of the positive feedback about the bowls sessions we have:

  • Worked with Bromsgrove & District Indoor Bowls Club who are continuing to deliver a weekly bowls session independently.
  • Made additional key contacts to promote different disability projects in the Bromsgrove District.
  • Created the link with the Bowls club to encourage their volunteers and coaches to work with disabilities.

Actions

As a result of the positive feedback about our kids camps we have:

Undergone a review of the activities provided and will continue to assess the provision and need for further activities
