Draft Development Strategy Consultation (2025)

Consultation has now closed and the process of analysing all the responses received is now underway. It is expected that this process will take several months and we appreciate your patience. Any updates on the Local Plan progress will be posted here in due course.

The emerging Bromsgrove District Local Plan will set out where new housing, employment and other development, alongside its supporting infrastructure, will take place over the plan period to 2043.
