Access to Bromsgrove District Council Information

Bromsgrove District Council recognises the importance of making council information accessible to all residents.

To assist our customers to access our services, we will provide interpretation in languages other than English, including British Sign Language when needed.

For example, if you need assistance to complete a form, or to participate in a meeting, an interpreter will be arranged on request. We will not usually translate documents into other languages unless there are exceptional reasons. We will arrange an appointment or meeting for you if you need assistance in your own language to understand council information and forms.

We will also consider reasonable requests to provide information in accessible formats based on need including, Large Print, Braille, Moon, Audio CD, Audio tape, or computer CD. If you have a need for specific information in one of these formats, please complete our online request form giving as much detail as you can about your needs.
