Private Hire
Private hire vehicles must be pre-booked with a private hire

Licences run for a year and during that time the vehicle may be
subject to further tests depending upon the age of the vehicle.
With effect from the 1st April 2011, the following fees are
applicable for Private Hire Vehicles:
Annual vehicle licence fees £272
If the vehicle is more than 7 years old a fee of £55.00 is
payable for each mid-term test.
Vehicle Retest £27.00
