Telephone payment system to briefly close for upgrade

Please be aware that due to upgrade works, the District Council's Automated Telephone Payment system will be unavailable on Thursday September 16 from 1pm to 5pm.

Other payment methods will be available as normal for that time, including the online payment service and of course in person at the Worcestershire Hub Customer Service Centre on School Drive, Bromsgrove.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these essential works.
