Lifeline

The Council operates a Telecare Alarm Service serving the residents of Bromsgrove District providing support to vulnerable residents.

Bromsgrove Lifeline is an alarm service that is available to anyone over retirement age or to persons who suffer from a disablement or serious health problem enabling them to live independently in their own homes with the facility and peace of mind of being able to call for help in an emergency. It also provides a 24 hour service 365 days per year and is operated by fully trained staff who upon receiving an emergency call are able to identify the user and where they live, summon the necessary help, advise next of kin or other personal contacts and at the same time reassure the user that help is on the way.
