How to access Bromsgrove District Council Documents in alternative formats

Bromsgrove District Council recognises the importance of making their documents available to all residents in the Bromsgrove District. Where it is necessary we will provide interpretation in other langauges, including British Sign Language, to enable you to access our services or to help you understand our documents. For example, if you need assistance to complete form, or participate in a meeting, an interpreter will be arranged on request. We will not usually provide documents in other languages.

We will provide documents in alternative formats, Large Print, Braille, Moon, audio CD or tape on request. If you have any further questions in relation to the alternative formats which we can offer please contact the Customer Service centre on 01527 881288 or send an email to equalities@bromsgrove.gov.uk
