Graffiti
Graffiti is words or drawings, which are written, painted,
sprayed or scratched on the surface of any property. It is
estimated that graffiti costs the UK over £1 billion per year to
clean up. It can lead to the decline of an area and a lack of
respect for the place in which people live, work and play.
Graffiti is an environmental crime and it does nothing to
enhance the look and feel of Bromsgrove.

and play areas belonging to the District.
