My bin hasn't been collected; what should I do?

Click the following link to check that you have the correct collection day Internet Link. In Bromsgrove we collect bins Tuesday to Friday from 7am to 4pm therefore your bin needs to be at the kerbside for 7am on your day of collection. For enquiries please call 01527 881288 telephone us

In Redditch we collect bins from 7.30am please ensure you bin/box/sacks are at kerbside for that time on your day of collection, unless you have an assisted collection.  For enquiries please call 01527 534123. telephone us

If you have a yellow tag on your bin this means we have been to your bin but we are unable to empty it due to either:

  • The wrong bin has been left out
  • The wrong materials are inside the bin
  • The bin is overloaded
  • The bin was not left at kerbside

The tag will say why your bin wasnt emptied. 

If you have not had a yellow tag on your bin please fill in the on-line form to report the missed collection.
