Consultation and Customer Panel
Councils have a general duty to consult local residents,
taxpayers and businesses under the Local Government Act 1999.
The Council has a contract with SNAP Survey Shop Ltd for a
Customer Panel of 1,500 residents. The idea of the Panel is
to provide the Council with regular feedback on our Corporate
priorities, Customer standards, Service delivery and to consult
residents about forthcoming decisions to the Council needs to
make.
Our Customer Panel is completing other regular web-based surveys
statistically valid and representative of the District’s
population. Invitations to complete customer panel surveys
are sent out randomly, however, if you are interested in completing
