Information Request Form

Freedom of Information Act 2000

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 enables individuals to make a request to see information held by public authorities.  An information sheet ‘Your Rights and the Process Explained’ explains this in more detail.

If you would like to make a request to see information held by Bromsgrove District Council, please complete the form below and click Submit.

There is a different form for requests under the Data Protection Act 1998, which you should use if you would like to request information held about yourself.

In some cases we may need to ask for more clarification and/or a fee.  Please include relevant contact details so that someone can get back to you.
