Bromsgrove District Council holds information on many
topics, most of which is publicly available. As a local
authority, we take our responsibilities for information governance
seriously and strive to be open and transparent about what we
do.

more about the legislation that regulates the management of it.
Information is governed by the following legislation:
- The Data Protection Act (1998)
- The Freedom of Information Act (2000)
- Environmental Information Regulations (2004)
- The Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations (2005)
