Control Pre-Application Service
Building Control Surveyors are fully aware that the
building process can be daunting to many. We also appreciate there
may be occasions where discussions or advice before works commence
may be helpful.
Our surveyors would be happy to meet with you
to offer pre-application advice should you require. Meetings can be
held either at our offices or on site. If you wish to meet at our
offices it would be helpful if drawings were available.
We will not charge for this advice and would
be happy to meet at a mutually convenient time. Please note however
our advice would need to be confined to technical building
regulations matters. We would not be able to comment on either the
need for, or likelihood of success in, applying for planning
permission or Party Wall Act consent.
