Food Complaints
In addition to carrying out food hygiene inspections food
complaints are investigated in accordance with the Commercial
Division's documented complaints policy. These include complaints
in respect of foreign bodies, adulteration, fitness and
quality.
Please note: The perishable nature of Food complaints is such
that they MUST NOT be taken to the Customer
Services Centre.
Instead, the Centre should be contacted immediately on 01905 822799
or e-mail: wrsenquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk
Centre staff will take your details and arrange for the
collection of the suspect food by an Officer should it fall within
the criteria for investigation contained within the food complaints
policy.
