Planning appeal against refusal of planning application 09/0531 for the proposed erection of 49 no. affordable dwellings including provision of new access road and creation of public open space on Land Off Shaw Lane, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove. Planning appeal against refusal of planning application 10/0116 for the proposed erection of 24 no. affordable dwellings including provision of new access road and creation of public open space on Land Off Shaw Lane, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove

The appellant, Bromsgrove District Housing Trust, withdrew both planning appeals on 13 August 2010.  As a result the appeal process has now ended and no further action is required by the District Council or third parties in pursuant of these schemes.

Householder Planning Service

The Householder Planning Service is operating from the Customer Service Centre (adjacent to The Dolphin Centre) School Drive, Bromsgrove on Tuesday 10.00am–1.00pmand Thursday 1.00pm– 4.45pm.

The service is a free drop-in facility providing informal planning advice to residents.

Please note:The service is for Planning advice only if your enquiry relates to a Building Control matter we are unable to assist you.

Purchase site location and block plans

We  provide 1:1250 or 1:2500 locations plans and/ or 1:200 or 1:500 block plans

for any location in the UK

The cost is £20.00 for each type of plan (set of four provided)

Prior payment required Take the completed request form together with method of payment to the customer service centre located in School Drive Bromsgrove      or

Send a cheque, made payable to Bromsgrove District Council, together with the completed request form to Bromsgrove District Council, Burcot lane, Bromsgrove, B60 1AA.
