Certificate of Lawfulness
For a formal determination on whether planning permission is
required, you are invited to apply for a Certificate of Lawfulness
under section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. A fee
is payable for the processing of such applications but you
will be presented with a legally binding determination

will need to identify if your application relates to 'Proposed' or
'Existing' use to ensure the appropriate forms are selected.
