The Council has now updated its Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment ( SHLAA ).

The SHLAA looks at the housing potential of sites to cover the plan period up to 2026. The document will be updated annually.

If a site has been included within the SHLAA please remember that this document is evidence for plan preparation and does not itself, determine whether a site should be allocated for development.  Any planning applications submitted will be judged on their own individual merits against current adopted policies and the inclusion of a site within the SHLAA does not guarantee that permission will be granted.  The document has been used as evidence to inform the emerging Core Strategy and will also be used in a similar way to inform any future Land Allocations Development Plan Document.

If you have any queries regarding the SHLAA please do not hesitate to contact us by either emailing us at email iconstrategicplanning@bromsgrove.gov.uk or by calling the Strategic Planning Team on either 01527 881323 or 01527 881328.
