Access to planning Documents

Current planning applications and associated documents can be viewed online via our Public Access system.

Documents relating to historic files i.e. those prior to June 2008 are only viewable by request.

View historic documents

Historic documents are held in a variety of formats and in a number of locations, as well as being used by officers in relation to current planning applications. We are therefore not able to operate an 'on demand' service to view files.

If you wish to arrange to view planning documents please complete a Request form  Word documentand submit it to pec@bromsgrove.gov.uk

We will contact you to confirm when the documents are ready for inspection at the Council house.

Obtain Copies of documents

If you wish to obtain copies of documents then you must complete a request form PDF Acrobat Fileand submit this to email usplanninghistories@bromsgrove.gov.uk Please not that there is a prevailing scale of charges for this service.
