Access to information legislation
Copyright (Material Open to Public Inspection) (Making of Copies
of Plans) Order 1989 as amended-States that any copyright of
material which is open to public inspection as a statutory right is
not infringed by making a copy to enable the inspection of
documents at a more convenient place and time.
