Bromsgrove District Council works in partnership with the Planning Portal to allow the online submission of planning applications and assocated documentation. Details of your application are automatically downloaded into the authorities system and an application number is generated. Any payment then needs to be submitted separately to Bromsgrove District Council via normal mail.
Details of any local or national requirements, including site location plans.The plans required will depend upon the appication type but as a minimum all application will require a site location plan drawn to a scale of 1:1250 or 1:2500.
In certain circumstance Design and Access statements are required and for heritage works statements of significance.
The Planning Portal online fee's calculator allows fees to be calculated prior to submission. All fee's will be checked by Bromsgrove District Council as part of the validation process and applicants advised of outstanding requirements.
Payments by cheque made payable to 'Bromsgrove District Council' with the first line of the site address written on the reverse.
