Head First – Positive Mental Health Event
Residents are being urged to make a positive
effort and support national Mental Health Week by attending a
special event in the town
Organised by Bromsgrove’s Local Strategic
Partnership’s Positive Mental Health Group, Head First offers
residents an opportunity to find out more about how to remain
positive in difficult times.
This can include making use of self help
books, keeping active, eating mood enhancing food and much
more.
Head First will be held on Wednesday October 6
at 6.00pm at Bromsgrove’s Artrix.
