Home Choice Plus

Bromsgrove District Council is now offering Private Landlords the opportunity to advertise their private properties for free on the web based Home Choice Plus site.

Currently over 2,000 families who are looking for alternative accommodation in Bromsgrove District are registered on the website, which until now has only advertised social rented accommodation, shared ownership and low cost homes.

Landlords are able to include information and a picture of the property and include a contact number for themselves so that anybody interested can contact them directly.

The only requirement before properties can be posted on the website is that they are inspected by the Council's Housing Standards Officer who will make sure that they are safe and free from hazards.
