Home Choice Plus

Bromsgrove District Council and Bromsgrove District Housing Trust have joined up with Malvern Hills, Stratford on Avon, Worcester, Wychavon and Wyre Forest local authorities to develop Home Choice Plus, a sub regional choice based lettings scheme.

Housing Association properties that become available in Bromsgrove District will be let through this scheme.

Housing Applicants will be able to complete one housing application form and be able to view and bid for properties across the participating local authority areas.  Whilst each local authority involved in the scheme has agreed a common allocations policy, housing applicants, they may not receive the same priority for housing across these local authority areas. For example, if an applicant has a local connection to Bromsgrove only, they will receive a higher banding priority in Bromsgrove than in the other participating local authority areas.
