Brook Road, Rubery

 Brook Road Play Area  

Callowbrook Park, Rubery has facilities to attract the whole community.

The play area was installed in 2007 for toddler / junior ages and consists of the following equipment;
  1. Fireman’s tower.
  2. Spinning dish.
  3. See saw.
  4. Hide and slide.
  5. Cone climber.
  6. 2 Cradle swings.
  7. 2 Flat swings.
 

The multi user games area was installed in 2008 funded by the Big Lottery.

In Spring 2010 the Councils first BMX was installed - funded by the Local Neighbourhood Partnership, Rubery ~ this facility will be a welcomed addition to the park for young people.

 
Security of the site is maintained by CCTV cameras as well as being over looked by residential homes.

The area is well used by adults and children of all age groups for sport and leisure, general recreation and dog walking.
