Keep On Moving Multi Sports Club

Keep On Moving is a multi sports club for adults with disabilities, runs every Friday during term time at Bromsgrove Sports & Leisure Centre where we welcome all abilities and ages.

  • Bromsgrove Sports and Leisure Centre, School Drive, Bromsgrove B60 1AY.
  • Every Friday, 11am - 12:30pm
  • £4.00 per session

The club focuses on what people can do and supports them where they struggle.  Keep On Moving has won multiple awards and is still very much fun based offering lots of choice, from basketball to skittles, tennis to parachute games.

Participants will get an opportunity to access the dance studio where our coach will deliver our regular activities mentioned above. Unfortunately we're unable to use the climbing wall at the moment but when we can special harnesses will be provided for able bodied and wheelchair users to climb. There is also opportunity to use the café area next to reception to have a drink and socialise.

This club was funded through Sport  Community Investment Funding in the multi award winning project ‘Keep on Moving’ and was developed in partnership with Chadsgrove Sports College. Everyone Active also support the delivery of the club.
