About the sessions
- Where: Father's Barn, R/O 186-210 New Road, Rubery, B45 9JA
- When: Mondays, 12.15pm to 1.15pm
- Cost: £4.00 per session
We currently co-ordinate two exercise classes for older people in Rubery.
For people who are unsteady on their feet but still want to do a safe and fun activity with like-minded friendly people with chairs available to help with balance and a seated option for all the exercises.
