Online Enquiry Privacy Notice
The Council collect personal information about you when you enquire about booking an event. The legal basis for processing is for the performance of a contract to which you are party or in order to take steps at your request, prior to entering into a contract.
The information we collect is:
- Name
- Contact details
If you chose not to share this information, the event cannot go ahead.
This information will be shared with officers in Leisure’s Events department, and where an invoice is raised, this will be shared with Financial Services.
The Online Enquiry is kept for 12 months. Transactional data will be kept for 7 years under the Limitations Act 1980.
This information will not be shared/sold to any other service/organisation unless we have a duty to do so under law.
This data will not be transferred outside of the EEA.
