Digital is transforming everyday lives on a global scale and will continue to do so at an ever-increasing pace.  We  recognise the huge technological changes that have taken place over the last few years and believe that to be successful we must embrace and exploit the opportunities presented by continuing technological advancement. Through this strategy we will focus on a ‘digital first’ approach. Working to identify opportunities to improve access to services, change working practices and improve service delivery by increasing the digital offer to our customer
