Booking application information

Please allow 30 minutes to an hour to complete the following event application form and ensure you have all relevant event documents ready to upload including (if applicable)

  • Risk assessments.
  • Public liability insurance.
  • Event management plans and site plans.
  • Supplier details.
  • DBS certification.
  • First aider qualification certificates.
  • Method Statements and Location / set up plans.

Traffic management plans

  • A plan of the event layout to include:
    • Access for emergency vehicles and/or route plan where relevant.
  • All structures including stages/tents/fairs/rides/inflatables etc.
  • Social distancing measures (If applicable).
  • Access and egress control for social distancing (separate entry and exit).
  • Fire exits.
  • Escape routes.
  • Fencing (if applicable).
  • Emergency lighting (if applicable).
  • Barriers (if applicable).
  • Hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) (if applicable)
  • Safety considerations for the access and egress of the event.
  • Emergency plan.

The documents will need to be uploaded as part of the application process, please have these documents saved on your device beforehand

In order for your application to be thoroughly reviewed by our team and external Safety Advisory Group partners, we require a minimum of 12 weeks' notice, we cannot process an application that is to be booked sooner that the 12 weeks
