Enabling Self-management and Coping with Arthritic Pain using Education and Exercise

Working with local health colleagues we have designed a weekly session to help people living with Fibromyalgia.

Further to the provision of ESCAPE-pain in the community we have an ongoing exercise class for people who live with arthritis and want to help those joints.

Working with local MS physios, our exercise instructors have devised an exercise programme for whatever stage of MS you are living with. 

Seated exercise for anyone that would prefer to remain seated whilst they still enjoy the benefits of regular exercise
