The Council has now adopted a new Local Development Scheme (LDS)

As per the timetable set out in the LDS, consultation on a Draft Plan is scheduled to begin in May/June this year, the specific dates are to be confirmed, as soon as they are available we will publish them on this page.

The purpose of the consultation this summer is to keep plan making progressing in Bromsgrove whilst we wait for the final details of the new plan making system which we expect later in 2025.
