Helping landlords understand the latest changes to regulations due to Covid-19 is one of the aims of a Worcestershire online landlords’ forum.

The free event is open to all landlords and letting agents in the county and is being held on Tuesday 8 June at 2pm.

It is being organised by the six district councils along with the National Residential Landlords’ Association. It will offer expert advice on the latest changes to legislation and explain all the options open to landlords to get the best outcomes for them and their tenants.

Bromsgrove District Councillor Shirley Webb, whose Portfolio covers Housing, said: “This last year seen a lot of changes for the rental sector and as we travel along the Government’s roadmap to recovery, this event is well-placed to address our landlords’ concerns.

“By working in partnership with the other Worcestershire Districts we are providing even more free, expert advice for our landlords which in turn will benefit our residents.”

The district councils will also be sharing information on the schemes and initiatives available for landlords in their areas.
